Ignorance Before The Law

For they being ignorant of God's righteousness and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. (Romans 10:3-4)
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, the just shall live by faith. (Romans 1:17
Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
Yea, doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I suffer the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith; that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. (Philipians 3:8-10)
For this commandment which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us that we may hear it, and do it? Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may heart it, and do it? But the word is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. (Deuteronomy 30:11-14)
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:3)
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord come. And it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said in the remnant who the Lord shall call. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? (Romans 10:14)
In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; but hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Savior; (Titus 1:2-3)
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things? (Romans 10:15; Isaiah 52:7)
But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord who hath believed our report? (Romans 10:16)
... and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? (Isaiah 53:1)
So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17)
... men and brethren, yeknow how that a good while ago, God made choice among us that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe, and God, which knoweth the hearts, bear them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us, and put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. (Acts 15:7-9)
And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and a willing mind, for the Lord searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever. So take heed now, for the Lord hath chosen thee to build a house for the sanctuary: be strong and do it. 1 Chronicles 28:9-10.
